Contacting Us

If you contact us via the contact form on the website or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, company name, message) solely for the purpose of handling your inquiry and for any follow‑up questions.
These data are stored for six months and will not be shared without your consent. Requests submitted through the AI model building form include your contact details and, optionally, a short message. Model briefs are discussed with you directly and are not collected through the website.

Requesting a Free 30‑Day Trial

You can request a free 30‑day trial of Quantrix Modeler or Service through our website. For this purpose, we require your name, email address, company name and your consent to be contacted.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Please send your withdrawal to: info@smartmodelingsolutions.com.
We will then immediately delete all data related to your trial request. The withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Our website uses cookies to improve usability and enable certain functions. Cookies are small text files stored in the visitor’s browser.

AI-Powered Model Building

Where you ask us to build a Quantrix model, the brief you provide — your description of the model’s structure, dimensions and business logic — is processed using Anthropic’s Claude in order to generate the model. Anthropic’s Privacy Policy applies to that processing.

Model briefs do not require your figures, and most models are built from a description alone. A brief can also be written generically, without naming your organisation or anything that identifies it, and a model can be built and verified on sample data so that you add your own figures yourself.

Please do not include personal data in a brief or in any file you send us.

Where you send us data files or an existing Quantrix model, we use them only to build or revise your model. They are deleted once the work is complete, unless you ask us to keep them for ongoing work.

Every model we build may contribute anonymised structural patterns — matrix shapes and formula patterns, never your data, names or identifying details — to our internal reference library. If you would prefer your model to be excluded from this, please tell us.
